Any licensed dentist properly registered with the professional regulatory authority may register on the platform by creating an individual account with a personal identification (ID) and password. After registration, the professional will have unlimited access to the cloud storage system to upload digital dental files of their patients.
The platform allows the upload of three-dimensional files in the formats .stl, .obj, and .ply, as well as clinical photographs and radiographic images. To ensure standardization and optimize the digital workflow, all uploads must follow predefined criteria.
For 3D files generated from intraoral scanning, the dentist must export and upload the following models:
This standardization is essential to ensure the proper interpretation of the data and its use in clinical and laboratory planning.
For the upload of photographic and radiographic images, professionals must follow the platform template consisting of:
Images must be in JPG or PNG format and must not exceed 2 megapixels per file, totaling a maximum of 10 megapixels per patient (3 extraoral photos and 2 radiographic images).
The submission of intraoral photographs is not recommended, as digital scans adequately replace these images, reducing patient discomfort and optimizing clinical time.
Image uploads must strictly comply with the technical and ethical standards defined by the cloud management platform. Files that do not comply with these standards will not be accepted.
Use of the platform for purposes unrelated to dentistry will be considered a serious violation and may result in penalties such as:
Dentists may access their files at any time and may export or share them with laboratories or other professionals of their choice. For security and traceability reasons, the deletion of dentist accounts or stored scan files will not be permitted.
The platform strictly follows the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) or equivalent legislation applicable in each country of operation. Under no circumstances shall the platform be held responsible for data leaks resulting from improper use by users. Users are solely and legally responsible for all content uploaded and shared within the system.
